The dōTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack brings together the three food supplements that dōTERRA places at the core of its Lifelong Vitality programme: Alpha CRS+, which combines carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10 and quercetin with plant extracts rich in polyphenols, Microplex VMz, bioavailable vitamins and minerals with a plant blend, and EO Mega+ Softgels, with wild fish oil caught off the coast of Norway.
Alpha CRS+ and Microplex VMz are taken at four capsules a day with meals, EO Mega+ Softgels at three a day during a meal. The EPA and DHA in EO Mega+ Softgels contribute to the normal function of the heart. Each bottle lasts one month.
