Usage tips: After flossing, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a damp toothbrush. Brush your teeth gently and thoroughly, preferably after each meal, morning and night, or use as directed by your dentist or physician. For best results, finish your brushing with a mouthwash consisting of 1 drop of doTERRA On Guard diluted in 8 ounces of water. Rinse your mouth vigorously for 1 minute before spitting.
