ZenGest TerraZyme is a food supplement with enzymes and plant extracts. dōTERRA describes it as a proprietary blend of enzymes that are very likely to be lacking in the modern diet.

Each vegetable capsule combines food enzymes, including amylase, protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase, diastase and papain, with extracts of peppermint leaf, caraway seed and ginger root. These three plants are the key ingredients dōTERRA highlights in the formula, alongside the enzymes.

Precautions
