When using Spearmint essential oil in cooking and baking, be sure to use the toothpick method, which involves dipping the tip of a clean toothpick into the bottle of essential oil and then stirring the ingredients with the toothpick. After stirring the dish with the toothpick, taste to decide whether or not to add more oil.

Aromatic use: Pour three to four drops into the diffuser of your choice. Internal use: Dilute one drop in 120 ml of liquid. Topical Use: Apply one or two drops to desired areas. Dilute in a carrier oil as needed to prevent skin irritation.
