Breu Branco essential oil is the only Amazonian oil in the dōTERRA range. It is distilled from the fragrant resin produced by the trunk of Protium heptaphyllum, a tree that can reach thirty metres: the resin hardens on the bark into white, almost mineral blocks, harvested without felling the tree.
Rich in p-cymene, it gives off a fresh, cheerful, woody aroma. Diffused, it freshens the home or office through the day and promotes an atmosphere of clarity and harmony; three to four drops mixed with a carrier oil make for a comforting, invigorating massage.
