Instructions

Aromatic use: Pour three to four drops into the diffuser of your choice. Internal use: Dilute one drop in 120 ml of liquid. Topical Use: Apply one or two drops to desired areas. Dilute in a carrier oil as needed to prevent skin irritation.

Coriander is one of the oldest spices. It is mentioned in an Egyptian papyrus dating from around 1550 BC, and on tablets from ancient Greece.
Native to North Africa and Eastern Europe, coriander is an annual plant reaching 40 to 60 cm in height. Its basal leaves look a bit like those of flat-leaf parsley.
