Lemon essential oil is one of dōTERRA’s best sellers, and one of the few oils that works as well in the kitchen as around the house. It is cold pressed from the peel rather than distilled, which gives it that sharp, instantly recognisable aroma.
It takes seventy-five lemons to fill a 15 ml bottle, and a single drop is enough to flavour a dish. Aromatic use: add three to four drops to the diffuser of your choice. Internal use: dilute one drop in 120 ml of liquid. Topical use: apply one or two drops, diluted in a carrier oil, to the desired area.
