Peppermint essential oil, diluted in fractionated coconut oil and presented in a roll-on, is the sharpest in the dōTERRA Touch range. Peppermint is a hybrid of water mint and spearmint, grown in Oregon, where plentiful and regular rainfall gives an oil rich in menthol.
Menthol is what gives it its bite, and it also carries its soothing, cooling effect. Rolled onto the temples and the back of the neck on waking or during a study session, it strengthens and revives the senses; massaged into the neck and shoulders, it leaves an immediate feeling of freshness, and pairs with Lavender and Frankincense for a soothing massage. The roll-on applies with no dilution to prepare, which makes it practical when travelling or on the go, and gentle on sensitive skin.
