Purified oil from wild-caught fish

The oil comes from small oily fish, sardines, anchovies and mackerel, caught on the open sea. It goes through a molecular distillation that removes heavy metals and concentrates the fatty acids. Its marine smell is covered by the citrus essential oils that accompany it.
