The dōTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack Vegan is the fish-oil-free version of the Lifelong Vitality Pack. It brings together three food supplements: Alpha CRS+, which combines carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid, coenzyme Q10 and quercetin with plant extracts rich in polyphenols, Microplex VMz, vitamins and minerals in plant-based capsules, in a vegan formula, and vEO Mega, ALA, GLA and DHA omegas from plants and algae, with vitamin D3, vitamin E and astaxanthin.
dōTERRA formulated vEO Mega for daily use with Alpha CRS+ and Microplex VMz as part of this pack. All three are taken at four capsules a day with meals, and each bottle of 120 capsules lasts one month.
