The dōTERRA Daily Nutrient Pack brings together two food supplements: Microplex VMz, vitamins A, C, E and B-complex with chelated minerals such as calcium, magnesium and zinc, alongside a plant blend of kale, broccoli and spinach, and EO Mega+ Softgels, with wild fish oil caught off the coast of Norway.
Microplex VMz is taken at four capsules a day with meals, EO Mega+ Softgels at three a day during a meal. The EPA and DHA in EO Mega+ Softgels contribute to the normal function of the heart. Each bottle lasts one month.
The two supplements from the Lifelong Vitality Pack that cover vitamins, minerals and omega-3, without Alpha CRS+.
