The Phytoestrogen Essential Complex from the dōTERRA Women range is a blend of standardised plant phytoestrogens and concentrated flaxseed lignans, formulated specifically for women.

The formula combines flaxseed powder and flaxseed extract, sources of lignans, with a soy extract and a standardised pomegranate extract. It comes in HPMC vegetable capsules, free from sodium lauryl sulphate, and contains no wheat or dairy products: an all-natural formula, according to dōTERRA.
