The dōTERRA Serenity + Valerian Stick is a 30 g solid balm that brings together the Serenity essential oil blend and Valerian essential oil. Lavender, Virginian Cedarwood, Coriander, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood and Vetiver blend within it, rounded off with tonka bean and vanilla, in a base of coconut oil and sunflower wax.
It is applied as you get ready for bed, to the inside of the wrists, the back of the neck, the chest or the soles of the feet. The balm glides over the skin without leaving a greasy feel and gives off a soothing, comforting scent that sets a calm atmosphere at the end of the day. The formula is free from phthalates and synthetic fragrances.
The Serenity evening ritual in stick form, with no bottle and no dilution.
Usage tips: Apply to the inside of the wrists, the back of the neck, the chest and the soles of the feet as needed when getting ready for bed.
