dōTERRA Fibre is an instant powder mix for a high-fibre flavoured drink with sweetener. Each serving provides 6.5 g of soluble and insoluble fibre from apple, tapioca, flaxseed and psyllium, with Lemon essential oil.

The formula adds oligofructose, Jerusalem artichoke inulin and baobab powder, along with 200 mg of vitamin C per serving, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The taste is fresh, between apple and citrus, lightly sweetened with stevia. One scoop in a large glass of cold water, in the morning or before a meal, to drink within ten minutes.

Vegan, with no added sugars and gluten-free, made in France.

Add one level scoop (10.5 g) to a large glass or shaker with 300 ml of cold water, mix and drink within 10 minutes.
Take it in the morning, or before a meal.
You can also stir it into a smoothie, a yoghurt, overnight oats or porridge.
Avoid boiling water, which affects the vitamin C and the flavour.
Take oil-based products, such as omega-3 capsules, one to two hours apart.

Flax seeds are milled and then defatted before extraction, which concentrates the lignans their hull holds in abundance. Flax is by far the richest plant source of them. The extract comes as a beige powder with a discreet hazelnut smell.
