Adaptiv essential oil blend is the calming blend in the dōTERRA range, designed to help you face days when everything changes with ease and confidence: a new job, an exam, an unfamiliar place. It combines Wild Orange, Lavender, Copaiba, Spearmint, Magnolia, Rosemary, Neroli and Sweetgum: a sweet, citrusy, floral scent in which lavender calms and orange uplifts.

This balance between soothing and uplifting oils helps body and mind find their balance again, whether you feel tired or stressed, undecided or irritable, and its calming aroma improves mood when applied locally. Three drops mixed with fractionated coconut oil make a soothing massage for the neck and shoulders; three to four drops in the diffuser set a calm mood at the office. In a bath with Epsom salts, it accompanies the end of a busy day, and a drop in your moisturiser soothes the skin while scenting it.

    Mix three drops with fractionated coconut oil for a soothing neck and shoulder massage.
