The Rescuer essential oil blend brings together Copaiba, Lavender, Spearmint and Zanthoxylum, already diluted in fractionated coconut oil, to soothe dry and sensitive skin. It is part of the dōTERRA Kids collection, which introduces children to essential oils under adult supervision.
Copaiba, an oleoresin from the Amazon, gives the blend its woody base and its softness on the skin, Lavender its floral note, Spearmint a rounder freshness than that of Peppermint, and Zanthoxylum, Sichuan pepper, a peppery edge. The bottle comes ready to use: the roller glides over the legs, the hands, the shoulders or the nape of the neck, after sport or a long day outdoors.
Four oils taken separately mean four bottles and as many dilutions to measure. Rescuer brings them together in a single gesture, kept in the bathroom or the sports bag.

At the heart of Rescuer dōTERRA
Oil from the resin of Copaifera officinalis
What is distilled here is not a plant but a resin tapped from the trunk of Amazonian trees, much the way rubber is collected. Its exceptional beta-caryophyllene content sets it apart. Its scent, soft and woody, rounds off the other ingredients rather than asserting itself.
Oil from the flowers of Lavandula angustifolia
The best-known oil in the world, and probably the oldest: the Romans already scented their baths with it, which is where its name comes from. Its linalool and linalyl acetate form that soft floral aroma, recognisable at once. It is the heart of every blend it enters.
Oil from Mentha spicata
Softer than peppermint, it contains carvone where its cousin contains menthol, and that changes everything: no cold effect, but a round, faintly sweet freshness. This is the mint of chewing gum and mojitos. It brings liveliness without sharpness.
