The dōTERRA Autumn Calm Kit brings together four products centred on relaxation: the Serenity + Valerian Stick (30 g), Adaptiv Touch roll-on (10 ml), and Lavender and Copaiba essential oils in 15 ml bottles.
The two formats for applying are used as they are: the stick on the inside of the wrists and the back of the neck as you get ready for bed, and Adaptiv Touch, already diluted, directly on the skin. Lavender is diffused or added, diluted, to a massage oil, and Copaiba is used diluted in massage. Together they create a warm, calm atmosphere as the days grow shorter.

Inside the Autumn Calm Kit by dōTERRA
The dōTERRA Serenity + Valerian Stick is a 30 g solid balm that brings together the Serenity essential oil blend and Valerian essential oil. Lavender, Virginian Cedarwood, Coriander, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood and Vetiver blend within it, rounded off with tonka bean and vanilla, in a base of coconut oil and sunflower wax.

Adaptiv essential oil blend, diluted in fractionated coconut oil and presented in a roll-on, is the pocket version of the calming blend in the dōTERRA range. Lavender essential oil is the most widely used oil in the dōTERRA range, and the first one to recommend to someone just starting out.
