The dōTERRA Cleanse & Renew Kit brings together two food supplements taken one after the other: GX Assist, which combines an essential oil blend of Oregano, Tea Tree, Lemon, Lemongrass, Peppermint and Thyme with caprylic acid, and PB Restore, which combines prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic components.
dōTERRA formulated GX Assist for a 10-day course, followed by 10 days of PB Restore. For the first ten days, one GX Assist softgel a day with a large glass of water; for the next ten, one PB Restore capsule a day before a meal, the bottle being kept in the fridge once opened. The programme lasts twenty days and takes one simple step a day.
Both steps of the programme in a single box, in the order in which they follow each other.
