dōTERRA Adaptiv capsules are a food supplement containing plant extracts and essential oils. dōTERRA designed them to help you adapt to a new environment, when the days speed up and there is little room left to unwind.

Each capsule combines the essential oils of Lavender, Coriander seed, Wild Orange and Fennel with a saffron stigma extract, gamma-aminobutyric acid and the seed oils of Buglossoides and safflower. According to dōTERRA, the formula may help promote a feeling of calm and positive emotions, and it supports moments of relaxation.

One capsule a day, to be kept in a cool, dry place. Free from GMOs, dairy, soy and gluten, the formula is suitable for vegans. Take it at whatever time of day suits you, with a glass of water. The box of 30 capsules lasts one month.
